Covid-19 statement of practice

 

The cleanliness of our premises has always been incredibly important to us, but we recognise that now more than ever this is a top priority. With this in mind, we have now implemented the following new practices here at Brownber:

 

  • Each property will have anti-bacterial hand sanitizer and extra hand soap available for you to use during your stay.

  • Introductory welcome videos and detailed information packs about the property will be send to guests prior to check-in, via email, to minimise the contact during the check-in process.

  • Key safes are available, providing guests with the opportunity for an entirely contactless check-in. Contactless check-ins can be arranged in advance by email – please just contact us at hello@brownber.co.uk if you would like to arrange this.

  • A remote concierge service is available for you to get in touch with us during your stay, should you have any questions or require any assistance.

  • All of our team have been trained on the spread of Covid-19, new cleaning procedures and appropriate social distancing in accordance with government regulations.

  • Cleaning staff will always wear full PPE including gloves, masks and aprons.

  • All premises will undergo a deep clean in between each stay, with effective and appropriate sanitisers and disinfectants, and will be fully ventilated whilst cleaning is in progress.  

  • All cleaning cloths, mops and towels will be changed, disposed of, or laundered appropriately between each clean.
